Who I Work With

I work with people navigating complex and often painful life experiences. Many of my clients are high-responsibility or high-risk individuals. These are typically individuals who carry a lot for others but often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected themselves. This includes first responders, former military members, and other frontline professionals who are used to staying strong under pressure but may be silently struggling beneath the surface.

I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or feelings of hopelessness. I offer a space where those experiences can be spoken about openly — with compassion, honesty, and a clear focus on safety and healing.

I also support at-risk teens, including those in independent or transitional living, navigating family disruption, dealing with grief, and self-worth. I have a special interest in working with transgender and gender-diverse teenagers and young adults, offering a safe, affirming space to explore identity, mental health, and belonging. I also work with parents and caregivers, helping them show up with understanding and support — even when the journey feels unfamiliar or uncertain.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing challenges related to intimacy and sexual connection. This includes concerns such as diminished interest in sex, differences in sexual compatibility, questions about sexuality or sexual identity, and issues related to pornography addiction or problematic use. I provide a supportive, balanced space to explore these concerns and help clients build healthier, more fulfilling intimate relationships. Whether you're navigating changes in desire, struggling with communication around sex, or feeling disconnected from your partner, therapy can support you in creating meaningful change.

In addition, I have extensive experience with individuals involved in the justice system. I approach this work without judgment, focusing on accountability and growth.
