My Approach
My Approach
I’m a relational therapist, which means the relationship we build is a central part of the work.
Therapy works best when you feel understood and safe enough to be honest about what’s really going on. I aim to create a space that is warm, grounded, and respectful, while also being direct when it matters.
I focus on getting to the root of what’s happening, not just managing symptoms. That often means noticing patterns, challenging limiting beliefs, and experimenting with new ways of showing up in your life and relationships.
I take a client-centred approach, meaning your experiences, goals, and values guide the direction of our work together. At the same time, I believe meaningful change requires real engagement and accountability.
Expect honesty, encouragement, and sometimes a bit of homework. Insight is important, but insight alone rarely creates lasting change. My goal is to help you turn understanding into action.
The work we do in session matters, but real change happens in how you live your life between sessions.
